Overall assist to manage the HR and Admin department, updating any form of policy revision to ensure continuity of quality and in any ad-hoc projects assigned
HR - Assist in new staff on-boarding process, updating of staff records
1. Attendance - timesheet
2. Upload weekly HeadCount for reports
b) Administer payroll in timely & updating of leave, medical & insurance claims
1. Annual leave, child care, medical & unpaid leave in payroll system
2. Medical insurance – addition/deletion
3. Medical claim & Dental claim
4. Weekly manhour calculation
c) Assist in the preparation of staff salary pay-out, including overtime against attendance record
d) Administer and update training applications, claims & record for ISO
1. training files
2. training attendance
3. SDF/WDA claim, Corppass, CPF, IRAS – apply admin rights
e) Assist in the co-ordination of recruitment & interview
f) Administer and updating filing of personal files and document
1. passport renewal and update
2. WP/EP renewal
3. MOM isubmit – apply admin rights
g) Assist in employee inquiries, safety administration and updates
h) To government bodies – NS claims, child care leave, surveys
Admin
i) Reception of Incoming phone calls and visitors
j) Handle mail postages, stamps mail distributions and disbursement of invoices/statement of accounts verification
k) Courier services
l) Hotel bookings
m) Pantry orders and adhoc purchase
n) Catering order (ad-hoc)
o) Adhoc facilities
Requirement
a) Certificate in HR Management with min 2 years’ working experience in HR functions
b) PC-literate with pleasant personality and with good communication skills
c) Knowledge in Easypay payroll software is a must
d) Able to multi-task, keen interest in both HR & Admin, resourceful and a team player
