Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Effectively manage projects (with both in-house and external talent) to ensure timely, budget-conscious completion, especially in the following areas:
Product Marketing (go-to-market strategies, packaging, promotions, in-store visual merchandising)
Digital Marketing (Email Marketing, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Digital Ads)
Event Marketing (Retail pop-ups, product launches)
Creative & Production (Creating photos, videos, graphics, copy, and marketing materials)
eCommerce Marketing & Optimization
Product Ideation
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets
Lead and identify collaboration opportunities with complementary brands, organizations, or influencers.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of marketing experience in Retail businesses
Strong leadership capabilities to guide the team and set clear direction.
Ability to balance a broad strategic outlook with a solid grasp of marketing tactics.
