Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods following recipes and quality standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of baked products.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Operate and maintain baking equipment properly.
Assist in developing new recipes and improving existing products.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in product quality.
Good time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Able to work 6 days / 44 hours work week
Able to work rotating schedule
