Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead and motivate a team of service and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
Assist with staff scheduling and training.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
Monitor and report on restaurant performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in the F&B industry (preferably with experience in a fast paced environment).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
A passion for Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus!
Able to work a 6 day work week
