  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre.

  • Maintain overall décor and cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area.

  • Attend to patients at counters for registration and payment and appointment line.

  • Perform clinical tasks & financial counselling for patients

  • Account for handover and closing of counter payments.

  • Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.

  • Attend to data requests pertaining to patient information.

Requirement

  • Min "N" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.

  • Candidates with 1 year of customer service experiences

  • Applicants with experiences in the healthcare industry an advantage.
