6. Equipment & Facility Maintenance

7. Customer Service & Issue Resolution

• Handle vending machine customer complaints or refunds.

• Assist in resolving operational issues related to order fulfillment and logistics.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high operational efficiency.

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management (preferably in food manufacturing).
