  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Senior/Associate (Warehouse), Retail Pharmacy

Location: Henderson Road (MRT: Redhill)

Employment Duration: 3 months

Work Hours/Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break)

Salary:


GCE N/O Levels: $11/hr
Higher NITEC/GCE A Levels: $12/hr
Diploma: $14/hr


Responsibilities:


Capture sales on the Point-of-Sales system, process customer order and refund requests, and promptly attend to online inquiries.
Assist in managing rosters to ensure adequate manpower for warehouse operations and sales campaigns.
Oversee warehouse activities such as ordering, receiving, and managing inventory, handling returns, and coordinating distribution to outlets.
Process online orders and collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery arrangements.
Track sales traffic and collect sales data for analysis and reporting.
Provide guidance and work with Associates to continuously improve service delivery and warehouse operations.


Requirements:


Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or GCE N/O/A Levels
Fluent in English and a 2nd language to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A team player with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit—able to lift at least 5kg and perform physical tasks including stock lifting, standing, and bending.
