3 key phases: Company familiarization, classroom training, and on-the-job training
Initial familiarization at company to understand the working environment before classroom training.
3-months classroom training covering theory and practical sessions, conducted and assessed by an external training academy.
Nine-month on-the-job training at company, working hands-on with engines maintenances
Job Responsibilities:
Help inspect, maintain, and repair aerospace engines with guidance from experienced technicians.
Receive classroom and on-the-job training to develop engine maintenance and repair skills.
Assist in disassembling, cleaning, assembling, and testing engines using advanced equipment.
Gain experience in repairing and replacing components while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Work in a fast-paced MRO environment known for its quick turnaround time.
Requirements:
Possess NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Aeronautical, Avionics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Precision Engineering).
Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
