  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status, ensuring clear communication between clients and the logistics team.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or inventory.
Handle order processing, track shipments, and ensure delivery schedules are met.
Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics, addressing discrepancies or delays.
Maintain accurate records, assist with billing inquiries, and offer customer support to enhance service satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum Nitec in Logistics Operations
1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge in WMS is a plus!
Willing to commit for OT when required
Customer service oriented
