  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Customer Service:

Provide expert advice on interior design products, materials, and solutions to the customers during consultation.

Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in a timely manner.

Follow up with client's post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Presentation:

Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings, trends in interior design, and new arrivals.

Ensuring the showroom is well-organized, well-presented, and stocked with up-to-date samples.

Follow up with client's post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Any Ad-hoc duties required by supervisor/manager

[Key Requirements]

Proven experience min 2+ years preferred in sales, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry

Strong interest or background in interior design.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Location: 6 Raffles Boulevard, #03-208, Marina Square, Singapore 039594

Salary Package: Basic + Commission based on revenue

Work Days/Hours: 5 Days Work Week/10am to 9pm (Shift Work – 1 Weekend included)
