Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm); Alternate Saturday (8:30am - 12:30pm)

Job Scope:

Uphold professionalism by maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor while addressing customer inquiries.
Coordinate workflow by generating quotations, raising work orders, and allocating jobs to workshops and contractors.
Monitor service quality by overseeing repairs, tracking progress, and ensuring pricing and service standards are met.
Maintain effective communication by providing updates, managing service schedules, and coordinating vehicle collection.
Handle complaints by conducting investigations, proposing solutions within guidelines, and escalating urgent matters to supervisors.
