The Opportunity:
Opportunity to work in world-leading medical advisor/consulting MNC
Salary: Up $2500
Location: Labrador Park
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
Duration: 6 month contract - renewable
Duties:
Scanning Documents: Use scanning technology to create high-quality digital copies of physical documents.
Document Storage: Organise and store physical documents using an efficient and secure filing system.
Document Retrieval: Retrieve documents as requested, guaranteeing timely and correct, distribution to authorised persons.
Off-Site Archiving: Coordinate the transfer and storage of records in off-site archiving facilities, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
Audit Document Retrieval: Assist audit procedures by retrieving and delivering required documents, guaranteeing compliance with audit requirements.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma
Possess good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills such as MS Office
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
