[Key Responsibilities]
Sales & Customer Service:
> Using current client base to contact potential clients
> Promote and sell the company’s design products and services by highlighting their features, benefits, and quality.
> Create personalized design proposals and solutions to meet client goals and increase sales.
> Upsell and cross-sell related products or services to maximize revenue.
> Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the design process.
Client Consultation Assessment:
> Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
> Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding design elements, including furniture, materials, and layouts.
> Manage scheduling and coordination with Project Manager for renovation projects to guarantee timely delivery.
Presentations & Proposals:
> Tailor presentations to client preferences and provide expert recommendations to enhance design choices.
Project Coordination:
> Managing the entire sales process alongside with the project management team
> Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and project completion.
Sales Reporting & Target Achievement:
Track and report sales performance against targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and design proposals.
Any Ad-hoc duties required by supervisor/manager
[Key Requirements]
Proven experience (2+ years) in interior design and sales, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both design expertise and successful sales achievements.
Experience in a client-facing role, such as design consultations, project management, or sales, is highly preferred.

· Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission based on revenue
· Work Days/Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Shift Work – 1 Weekend included)
