  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities:


Monitor daily operations and performance of company products.
To Prepare and maintain service, conduct routine maintenance, inspections, general upkeep tasks and operational documentation accurately .
Provide initial response and basic troubleshooting for technical issues.
Support and assist with operations-related issues, both remotely and on-site.
Escalate complex or higher-level issues to supervisors or relevant teams promptly.


Skills & Qualifications:


Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 1-year experience in technical or operational support roles.
Familiarity with robotic systems or automation equipment is an advantage.
Basic proficiency with mechanical and electrical tools.
General knowledge of mechanical parts and electrical components.
