  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, a well-known brand name in the finance industry as a Junior HR Specialist



Temp Junior HR Specialist
Location: Robinson Rd
Duration: May 2025 – Dec 2025, Mon to Fri, Office Hours
Salary: $3000 - $3300



Job scope
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot employee’s digital HR files
Liaise with HR on new hires’ onboarding documents
Maintain the HR Shared service email inbox
Resolve all enquiries within 2 working days
Support and advice HR Business Partners on work pass/ dependant pass matters (from application, issuance, renewal, and billing)
Liaise with external benefit provider vendor
Be the main point of contact to fulfil each entity’s online postings of job openings
Carry out HR administrative duties as and when assigned
Manage Employee’s benefits



Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in HR Management or any related qualifications
Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel (VLookUp / Pivot Table is advantageous)
