Job Description

  • Manage and own the affiliate marketing program in Japan.

  • Develop, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Monitor and report on budget performance, adjusting strategies as needed - Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and affiliate marketing agencies.

  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Use data-driven approaches to optimize commission structures, payouts, and incentives.

  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams (Marketing, Campaigns, Supply, Martech etc.) to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.

  • Maintain high standards for affiliate creative assets and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Graduated from a reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership roles.

  • Proven track record of managing successful affiliate marketing or partnership programs and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Tableau.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Partnerize, Commission Junction, Value Commerce etc.) is ideal.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Experience in account management or e-commerce platforms will be considered as well.

  • Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese.
