  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Looking for: ACMV & Ducting Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of ACMV systems, including BMS, chilled water systems, FCUs, AHUs, and mechanical ventilation systems

  • Carry out preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance tasks

  • Install new ACMV systems and ductwork

  • Test and commission ACMV systems to ensure proper functionality

  • Provide technical advice and assistance on maintenance and breakdown functions

  • Attend to defects, complaints, and requests promptly

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or higher in a relevant field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ACMV facilities management

  • Proficient in maintenance and repair of ACMV systems

  • Ability to install and test ACMV systems and ductwork

  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills
