  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Profile: Backend Office System Operator (Only WEEKEND)

The purpose of the role is to verify and consolidate parking infringements from CCTV footage for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan, note down and verify any parking infringements from the CCTV monitors

• Validate all incoming traffic infringements and submit to BOS Team Lead.

• Attend to enquiries regarding verification of traffic infringements and other related services

• Report faulty cameras or breakdowns

• Coordinate with Technical Support team on camera repairs and adjustments

• Resolve all in scope enquiries and take appropriate escalation actions when required

• Other duties as assigned

• Only Weekends

Competence (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Knowledge of illegal parking violation rules

• Basic computer skills

Requirements:

• Able to converse well with customers on enquiries

• To be colour-blind free

• 2-years renewable contract

Education & Experience:

· Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent

· Preferably with experience working with CCTV systems
