  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB PURPOSE & DESCRIPTION

The core function is to support technology related operations of the company.
Provide L1 and L2 support to end users, training and guidance included.
Maintain systems in a virtualized environment including checking of batch jobs, scripts, scheduled tasks and regular housekeeping.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system, network and security issues.
Configure and install various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPN etc.
Perform query jobs, generate data statistics and reports.
Maintaining clear documentation of the infrastructure and procedures.
Involved in the requirements gathering, analysis, system integration test and user acceptance testing.
Assist in ad-hoc projects and perform any other duties that are assigned from time to time.

JOB HOLDER’S REQUIREMENT

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Computing Science, IT or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a support environment including Windows Server, network security, software and hardware troubleshooting.
Fluency in Mandarin

Experience/Skill/Knowledge/Competencies

Knowledge in troubleshooting of computer hardware including RAID, drive imaging/cloning and networking is a must.
Experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) for data retrieval and analysis as well as MySQL, MSSQL is a must.
Experience in implementing, administrating and troubleshooting network devices; Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points.
Good understating of TCP/IP, Firewalls, IPsec Site-to-Site VPN, SSL VPN.
Knowledge of MPLS, SD-WAN, Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
Proficiency with both Windows and Linux environment is a plus.
Good analytical and organization skills, actively hands-on to resolve issues.
Self-motivated individual who is focus on objectives, work within timeline and have good teamwork attitude.
Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.
Need to travel and work on site on ad-hoc basis.
