  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications.

Good command in English.
Min 3- 5 years of relevant working experience in warehousing, preferably in warehouse Operations in Marine Industry.
Preferred to Possess SG Class, 3 or 4 as well as Forklift Driving license.
Good Interpersonal, Analytical with high level of Communication Skills.
Be able to work under pressure and act positively.
5 Days work a week* (3 shifts)
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Working Location Tuas, Gul Area.

Task / Responsibilities.

*MUST be highly committed to work on irregular hours due to nature of the work and the industry.
Schedule warehouse activities to ensure all the delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner.
Responsible for assigning / planning driver’s daily schedules through a Planning Tool.
Handle Calls & WhatsApp messages from Customers and internal Team.
Compile Daily & Monthly Stock Report
Weekly cycle count
Submission of claim for expenses, to Accounts Dept on time.
Loading and Unloading container for both Import and Export shipments.
Responsible for physical Quantity and Quality check for both Incoming (Import) and Outgoing (Export) shipments.
Responsible for accurate and on time physical stock movements (Material Storage, Transfer, as well as feedback of Material Disposition to Warehouse Supervisor.
Handle feedback & issues raised by customers & team members
Ability to work with multi tasks in a fast-paced environment.
