Job Scope:
Educational Activities
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to create a comprehensive and holistic curriculum for the program.
Assist with classroom booking, course scheduling and Canvas support.
Assist with the management of documentation, including student records and academic materials (collation and dissemination).
Assist the assessment and tracking of student performance, graduation, and alumni relations.
Assist with course administration, logistics, and operations, where required.
Assist with the development and implementation of the program’s policies and procedures.
Teaching
Provide support to lecturers by facilitating courses.
Assist with the curation of teaching/learning materials for courses.
Collate students’ assignments/tests and develop rubrics.
Student Services
Assist with the admission process.
Provide comprehensive support to students by addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
Publicity
Actively engage with related departments to ensure timely and effective publicity of the program and courses.
Assist marketing efforts for the program and courses (e.g., liaising with collaterals designer).
Update website on relevant information.
Miscellaneous
Perform other duties that are required by managers/higher-ups.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Social Science (e.g. Psychology), Healthcare, Education, or related field; or
At least 2 years of teaching experience (preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Zoom and Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience with STATA, nVivo, SPSS
Experience in performing or instructing on qualitative interviews, quantitative analysis, data visualization and evaluations will be an advantage
