What you'll be doing
Conduct IT training sessions for healthcare staff, ensuring they understand and can effectively use relevant systems and applications
Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and resources
Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions, including room setup and equipment testing
Provide on-site and remote support to employees during system rollouts and upgrades
Track attendance, feedback, and training completion records in the system
Handle queries related to IT training and provide basic troubleshooting support
Assist with administrative tasks related to training coordination, such as scheduling sessions and maintaining training records

A Levels/ Diploma in Information Technology or related studies
Training is
provided
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage learners with varying levels of IT proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Office and common IT softwares
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
