Job Responsibilities:
Lead and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and mentor the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and foster a positive culture.
Collaborate with business leaders to develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Use recruitment analytics to optimize processes and improve hiring efficiency.
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma
CEI Basic Certificate is preferred.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent management and organizational growth.
