Requirements:

Experience:

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of renovation project costs, materials, and timelines.
Analytical & Negotiation Skills: Ability to analyze tender requirements and negotiate effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for proposal writing and client interactions.
Detail-Oriented: Strong project planning and documentation skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and tendering software, GeBIZ, TenderBoard
