JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting out memo, newsletters, articles and reports
Handle daily administrative tasks
Powerpoint / excel
Data entry sales figures calculations
Purchase stationery, pantry and office supplies
Manage corporate entertainment and office general operation
Manage meeting minutes & follow up closely for tasked assigned
Manage projects documents to ensure all are in place
Filing and sorting out documents
Replenish project materials
Sorting incoming mails
Sorting out invoices
Update subcontractor list
Cheque management ("Drop Cheque")
Issue internal sales invoices
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
GCE ‘A’ level and above
Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Experience in graphic artwork will be an added advantage
Excellent communication and writing skills to communicate with Stakeholders.
Independent and has good initiative
Highly detail oriented with good organizational skills.
