Our client is a prominent and reputable organization within the Aviation Industry. They are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Contact Centre Officer to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries pertaining to the rewards program, feedback, and membership account services across various communication channels
Serve as the first point of contact and principal liaison for all relevant stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end ownership of customer interactions
Proactively identify and escalate complex issues when necessary
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and intermediaries to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of cases and complaints
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE O-Level qualification with 2–3 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably within a contact center environment
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a resourceful and customer-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Additional Information
Salary: Up to $2,700 (Inclusive of Incentives)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Shift work – 2 days on, 2 days off)
