Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Work with marketing to develop strategies for attracting new clients.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.
