Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery.
Manage inventory levels and track stock movements using logistics software.
Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations as required.
Schedule deliveries and resolve any logistical issues.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, purchase orders, delivery order and warehouse activities.
Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Process and file logistics-related documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
Support the logistics team in managing warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
Assist with administrative tasks, including generating reports and maintaining databases.
Other ad-hoc duties as request when needed.
Required Skills
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and transportation management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Working Hours : 9.30am - 6.30pm / 12.30pm - 9.30pm
6 days a week.
