About the RoleESR Kendall Square, the Korea platform of ESR (APAC's largest real asset manager powered by the New Economy), is searching for a Fund Administration Analyst (“Analyst”) in its Fund and Portfolio Management team due to the continuous growth of the company’s AUM.The Analyst will report to a Director/Associate Director in the Fund and Portfolio Management which consists of nine members in total.Key Responsibilities, including but are not limited to: * Perform and administer the day-to-day operations of the various investment platforms in accordance with all the documentations and agreements with accuracy.
  • Prepare the annual business plan and assist the Director/Associate Director in seeking the appropriate (Internal and external) parties’ approval.
  • In coordination with the Finance, Business Development, and Asset Management teams, calculate the capital needs for each of the investments and prepare the capital call notices and seek the appropriate levels of approval, and issue the capital call notices.
  • In coordination with the Finance, Business Development, and Asset Management teams, calculate and confirm the distribution amounts per investment, seek the appropriate levels of approval, and issue the distribution notices.
  • Prepare periodic/regular updates of the excel cash flow actual and projection models to ensure accuracy in cash monitoring of all investment platforms.
  • Prepare all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (including the valuation reports to be prepared by independent valuers, and the INREV reports) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare any ad hoc reports/info requested by the investors with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Any other actions/activities/functions as many be required from time to time.
Requirements
  • Minimum years of relevant experience: 1-2 years
  • Capable of operating with minimum supervision, and in high stress and high time pressure environments.
  • Fluent/native in English and Korean languages (preferred, but not a must)
  • Strong sense of responsibility for designated tasks, focus on high degree of investor/client satisfaction and with high deliverable standards.
  • Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Accuracy under time pressure and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Enjoys working autonomously while still functions well as part of a wider team with good interpersonal skills.
  • Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong work ethic and ambition.
  • Related degrees and certificates preferred but not required.
