Job Scope:
Be responsible for smooth operations of beverage services
Greeting customers, answering their questions, and recommending beverages based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
Following standardized recipes and using proper mixing/shaking techniques to ensure consistent quality
Monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and restocking supplies
Support the outlet manager when required to train colleagues in accordance with the applicable standards and policies
Handle effectively any kind of customer complaints being verbal or written and report to managers without fail.
Set up daily bar counter and ensure that mise en place and any other required ingredients, garnishes and equipment are prepared in order to work as efficient as possible.
Assist the Restaurant/Outlet Manager to create new drinks, mocktails, and cocktails for promotional activity and new menus.
Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure
Any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the outlet manager including assisting other outlets.
Requirements
Any Certificates or Diploma in Hospitality/Mixology or its' equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender.
Ability to understand guest needs and to deliver superior customer service
Familiarity with restaurant point of sales and cashiering procedures is a plus
Bar flairing skills will be a plus
Ability to prepare and suggest classic and innovative beverages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Physical capabilities to stand for a long period; Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
