Job Responsibilities:
· Assist the sales team in preparation and submission of project documents.
· Handle and coordinate sales related administrative matters.
· Coordinate project matters with customers.
· Tabulate monthly internal sales billing.
· Assist sales personnel in preparation of sales quotation and tender.
· Any other relevant tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma of relevant field.
· Minimum 1 to 2 years of admin and project experience.
· Meticulous, responsible and with pleasant personality.
· Good planning and organisation skills with ability to multi-tasking.
· Good knowledge of Ms Excel, Word and Power Point.
· Good command of English, written and spoken.
