- Devise and execute customer/ product propositions/ strategies to raise productivity within the cluster and Distribution Division.
- Work closely with Distribution Division stakeholders (BDDs, Performance Management, Marketing etc) to ensure achievement of targets and share market intelligence, sales/ customer statistics and sales concepts with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify individual ALs sellers who need additional coaching to meet higher production targets.

- Possess strong leadership qualities and a mind towards excellence
- Strong stakeholder management skills in influencing and persuasion
- Dynamic individual who strives in fast moving environment
- Sales experiences in insurance/investment sales is preferred
- Possess CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications
