As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Business Development Director to build an effective and productive Agency Distribution channel.Job Description:
  • Devise and execute customer/ product propositions/ strategies to raise productivity within the cluster and Distribution Division.
  • Work closely with Distribution Division stakeholders (BDDs, Performance Management, Marketing etc) to ensure achievement of targets and share market intelligence, sales/ customer statistics and sales concepts with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify individual ALs sellers who need additional coaching to meet higher production targets.
  • Devise coaching/review methodology and conduct effective coaching/review sessions.
  • Perform regular briefing sessions at AL units / Groups to drive the desired agenda.
  • Perform ad-hoc request to assist, facilitate or coordinate segment activities such as seminar and briefings.
  • Initiate business cases across various internal and external stakeholders for driving productivity.
  • Establish seller/ team recognition structure to encourage sales and contribution.
