- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cyber market or a similar specialist insurance line.
- Background in Cyber & Technology insurance and/or Cyber & Technology Risk.
- Established relationships with underwriters and a positive reputation within the insurance market.
- Proven track record of excellence in client service and achieving growth-driven results.
- Understanding of insurer profitability, market cycles, and the global reinsurance landscape.
- Advanced understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in cyber risk.
- Commercially savvy with the ability to develop and execute a financial plan under the guidance of Marsh Leadership.
