  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description:

Prepare and cook a wide range of Indonesian & Thai dishes with precision & authenticity - including appetizers, main courses & desserts.
Develop and innovate new recipes while maintaining authenticity for Catering
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of food quality, hygiene & presented beautifully at customer events.
Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies & maintaining equipment.
Train & supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth & efficient workflow.
Maintain cleanliness & organization of the kitchen, adhering to health & safety regulations.
Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus & special offerings.

Requirements:

Preferable 2-5 years of experience in Thai/Indonesian cuisine cooking in hotel or catering company.
Strong knowledge of traditional Thai & Indonesian cooking techniques, methods & spices.
Knowledge of halal certification requirements and food safety protocols is a plus.
Able to do bulk cooking for catering business and conduct training in English.
Excellent leadership & communication skills.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
