Responsibility:

Solve Problems and make decision at store level
Set up the work station for service preparation.
Ensure service delivery is seamless and smooth
Coordinate F&B Service, take orders and deliver food
Maintain quality standards for food
Deliver service, lead and host customers
Upsell menu, share current promotions and new items
Manage and communicate with diverse work team
Ensure adherence to Food hygiene and outlet cleanliness

Requirements

No experience required for crew level, min 02 years experience for F&B Executive
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Passionate in service
Willing to work on weekends & public holidays
