We are looking for a skilled and passionate Part-Time Chef to prepare and serve premium frozen food at an exclusive high-profile event. This role involves precise cooking, food presentation, and adherence to quality standards. You’ll also contribute to recipe development and plating techniques to enhance visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:


Prepare and fry frozen food products following strict company guidelines to ensure consistency in quality, texture, and flavor.
Maintain precision in portioning, cooking time, and plating to uphold high culinary standards.
Enhance food presentation by experimenting with plating techniques, garnishes, and serving styles.
Collaborate with the team to refine recipes and product presentations for the event.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all food preparation areas, including equipment and workstations.
Assist in setup and dismantling of kitchen stations before and after the event.


Requirements:


Strong communication skills in English (verbal ).
Able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team.
Preferably a culinary professional, hotel management student, or food enthusiast
with a passion for food presentation.
catering, events, or fast-paced food service is a plus.
Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene best practices.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and collaborate in a team setting.
Must be based in or able to commute to Singapore.
