Provide office administration support.
Create vendor account and Purchase Order in SAP.
Verify invoices for submission to Finance.
Handle incoming and outgoing dispatch / local & courier services
Handle incoming phone calls and ensure phone enquiries are conveyed to the respective sales manager promptly.
Monitor and maintain stock level of office supplies (pantry, stationery, etc.).
Assist in venue setup for in-house seminars/training/for visitors.
Assist in logistics arrangement for counterparts coming over to Singapore office for meetings/training.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

With prior admin experience, preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics department.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and/or SAP system
Commit 3 days per week (Work hours: 9am - 6pm)
