As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a wide range of inquiries, requests, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Information:
Working Location: Paya Lebar
Working Hours: 5 days, including weekends depending on monthly schedule - Monday to Saturday 9am to 8.30pm (Sundays will be 9am to 6.30pm)
Job Duties:
Provide support to customer queries/ feedback on products, services and prevailing promotions.
Facilitate access for customer to their safe deposit box
Onboarding and Offboarding of customers including handling of payments
Handle ad hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
Computer literacy (Microsoft words, excel, outlook). SAP knowledge will be advantageous
Willing to perform overtime ,weekends and public holidays
Candidates with customer service experience will be considered favorably
