  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Golden Beeworks Pte. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our team! The role provides hands-on training in both Production and Service areas, preparing you for future leadership roles in the F&B industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:

  • Undergo comprehensive training in Production and Service areas.
  • Set a positive example for crew members by upholding company standards.
  • Assist the Manager-on-Duty (MOD) in leading floor operations.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve store performance and efficiency.

Production Area:

  • Lead and guide the kitchen crew in following operational standards.
  • Oversee food preparation stations, including Grill, Pantry, Fry/Fries, Back-Up, and Soda.

Dining Area:

  • Supervise bussing and cleaning activities in the dining area.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the utility room and external store areas.
  • Ensure trays are available and clean for customer use.
  • Guide crew members in assisting customers with seating arrangements.

Supporting Store Operations:

  • Assist the Manager-on-Duty (MOD) with opening and closing procedures.
  • Help prepare workstations for smooth daily operations.
  • Support team members in delivering quality service and maintaining high standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree qualification.
  • Some experience in the F&B Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Physical endurance to stand for extended periods.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
