About the Role

  • Lead and supervise the effective maintenance and repairs of the interior and exterior of the property, guest rooms and surrounding facilities;
  • Ensure regular up to date execution and achievement of the hotel's preventive maintenance programme;
  • Ensure all team members are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties and ensure the compliance with local laws and safety regulations

Yours Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Facility Management or equivalent;
  • Proficient in all aspects of building operations and facilities management
  • Preferably a certified Fire Safety Manager
