  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Account Executive (Receivable)

Basic: SGD 3200 - SGD 3800

Working Hour: 5Days

Location: Jurong

Work Description:

1. Monitor accounts (41% assignment) to identify outstanding debts. Initiatecollection calls, emails, or correspondence to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary.

2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate prompt payments and resolve dispute

3. Develop and implement collection strategies, following up on overdue accounts, and negotiating payment plans

4. Assist in reviewing and discussing legal documents with lawyers to facilitate escalation processes and follow up on debt collection cases.

5. Evaluate customer credit applications and assist in reviewing customer creditworthiness, setting appropriate credit limits, and monitoring credit risks.

6. Mentor and train team members, oversee their work, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

7. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal company policies.

8. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align processes and address any issues related to accounts receivable.

9. Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement:

1. Degree/Adv Diploma/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working in Accounts Receivable.

3. Experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.

4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.

5. Proficiency in ERP systems

6. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
