Responsibilities:
- Collect data on WSH performance, conditions, and practices to enhance overall safety standards.
- Collaborate with the FSM to conduct emergency response drills, fostering a proactive approach to safety.
- Perform routine checks on work activities and workers to identify and address potential safety concerns.
- To compile all non-compliance findings weekly and submit to Safety Manager
- Conduct safety inductions and orientations for all new personnel
- Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions, and practices to team members and higher management.
- Provide support in implementing actions to continually improve WSH performance across the organization.
- Work closely with the other safety personnel and safety officer
- Conduct daily TBM
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or Nitec/Higher Nitec
- WSQ Advanced certificate in WSH level B is mandatory.
- Experience in construction safety
- Any additional safety-related courses will be considered a valuable bonus.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
