Goldeen Beeworks Pte. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of key HR functions that include recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of HR processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR administrative functions such as recruitment, selection, training coordination, and company event organization.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Oversee benefits administration, including leave management, group life and medical insurance, and other staff welfare initiatives.
- Handle work injury matters in compliance with MOM and insurance requirements.
- Conduct manpower and HR-related surveys.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and employee records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team on new hires, resignations, and status changes.
- Submit MOM monthly work pass renewal and levy reports.
- Address HR-related queries from employees.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other HR documentation.
- Update and maintain the Employee Handbook and company policies.
- Ensure accuracy and upkeep of the HR SAP system.
- Manage personnel filing and record-keeping systems.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
- Enroll employees in mandatory food hygiene courses.
- Process payments for training centers, recruitment agencies, and other HR-related vendors.
- Assist with planning and organizing company events, including venue and catering arrangements.
- Manage hotel reservations and inquiries.
- Support ad hoc HR projects and office administration tasks as needed
Requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR functions which include talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and compliance.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, particularly those related to F&B industry staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Experience using job boards and recruitment platforms to post job listings and identify potential candidates.
- Keen attention to detail when managing employment agreements, legal paperwork, and employee records.
- Capability to handle sensitive situations, such as workplace injuries and employee medical benefits, with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of payroll procedures and ability to coordinate with the payroll team on staff updates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
- Strong sense of integrity and ethical responsibility when managing employee data and company assets.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to recognize challenges and suggest effective solutions.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work setting.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
- Collaborative team player with a cooperative and supportive approach.
- Holding a professional certification in HR management or a related field is an advantage.
