Job Title: Accounts and Admin executive
Job Summary:
The Accounts and Admin executive is responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, managing financial records, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
Manage daily bookkeeping and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and supplier reconciliation.
Process employee claims, petty cash, and expense reimbursements.
Assist in monthly financial closing, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.
Prepare and submit GST filings, tax documents, and other statutory reporting.
Assist in audit preparations and liaise with external auditors when required.
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate records of company documents, contracts, and office files.
Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement needs.
Support HR-related tasks, including staff attendance, leave records, and onboarding/offboarding of employees.
Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Other Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and improving accounting and administrative procedures.
Provide support to management and other departments as required.
Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as delegated by the management.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP business 1) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
