Primary Function:
- Responsible for the stewardship, promotion, and communication of the Abbott brand and CRM technologies in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
- This role ensures alignment with the corporate brand and communication policies and the APAC strategic business objectives specific to CRM in driving the business growth.
- Key to the success of this role is the oversight, approval and expert guidance of all Abbott external and internal communications generated by the countries in the APAC region.
- A strong understanding and respect for cultural sensitivities, diverse market environments and acceptance of a broad range of customer needs is mandatory for this role.
Major Responsibilities:
Brand Management
- Brand Management: Implement brand guidelines, ensure global brand consistency, and provide guidance on internal and customer-facing materials.
- Approval Processes: Manage Marketing Communications and Advertising & Promotional (A&P) approval processes across APAC.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product Managers on product launches, campaigns, and strategies.
- Customization: Modify global communication materials for regional needs and manage creative material development.
- Compliance: Ensure all materials comply with regulatory requirements and manage print, inventory, and distribution.
- Event Management: Assist in managing events, workshops, and webinars.
Conduct
- Compliance: Adhere to legislative employment policies, safety requirements, and corporate policies.
- Quality Focus: Promote excellence in quality and customer focus.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Marcom, or Management.
- Minimum 3 years in Marketing, Marketing Communications, digital marketing/advertising, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, Creative Suite, project management, and excellent communication and proofreading skills.
- Self-starter, team player, able to multitask and meet deadlines, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
