Responsibilities
· Responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring all customers are served with a positive customer service experience.
· Attend to customers on food and beverages queries with a consistently positive and helpful attitude.
· Be well versed with all the food and beverage items served at the restaurant.
· Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant is maintained daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils.
· Work together with the team to prepare food and beverages while following SOPs, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
· Check and ensure all preparation required in the setting-up of the counter is taken care before the opening of store.
· Assist in stocking up products such as beverages, others daily throughout the operating hours.
· Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and personal hygiene is maintained at all times.
· Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
