  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Minimax-Viking group is a leading fire protection company with more than 8000 employees and have a presence in over 70 countries worldwide. Our products include fire sprinklers, valves, foam, Novec1230/ HfC227ea/ FM-200/ Inert gas suppression systems, Watermist and Fire Alarm & Detection Systems. We offer:

- 5-days work week. 8:30am to 5:30pm with one hour lunch break.

We are hiring the following positions in Singapore:

1. Customer Service Executive

Main Duties:-

· Liaise with customers on pricing, stock availability and shipping information.

· Generate quotations, orders processing, invoicing & preparation of L/C documents.

· Work with sales, finance, warehousing personnel and other departments to facilitate the needs of the customer.

· Liaise with respective freight forwarders for local and export shipments and preparation of shipping documents.

· To follow up with customers for payment on overdue invoices.

Requirements:-

· GCE N/O/A levels.

· Computer-literate e.g Microsoft office etc.
