  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a passionate Creative Balloon Stylist & E-Commerce Specialist to join our team! If you love working with balloons, enjoy hands-on creative styling, and have an eye for e-commerce operations, this role is perfect for you.

Balloons Fulfillment & Styling


Inflate, style, and assemble balloons for various themes and occasions.
Pack balloons securely into carriers, prepare balloon weights, and ensure all orders are beautifully arranged.
Maintain quality control to meet Give Fun’s high standards for balloon presentation.


E-Commerce Order Fulfillment


Process online orders, including invoicing, printing shipping labels, and packing parcels for dispatch.
Ensure smooth backend order management and timely fulfillment.


Inventory Management


Conduct regular stock-taking and ensure proper replenishment of materials.
Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.


Operations Support


Assist the Delivery and Design Team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and accurately.
Oversee warehouse and office housekeeping, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
Run operational errands as needed.
Lead and guide part-time team members to maintain workflow efficiency.


Creative & Content Involvement


Participate in product photoshoots and social media content creation
Represent Team Give Fun as the creative face

Who We’re Looking For:


Someone with a passion for balloons, creativity, and hands-on styling.
A detail-oriented individual who enjoys organizing and keeping things in order.
Someone comfortable being on camera for social media content.


Important Notes for Candidates:


Work Location: Our studio at UB.ONE
Work Schedule: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat & Sun (Off days on Wednesday & Thursday)
OT Allowance: Yes
Odd Hour Transport Allowance (if applicable): Yes
