As the Brand Sales Manager, you will be the leader of a business unit. Utilizing your skills, network and experience to gather resources to achieve your business goals. A multi-faceted regional role, a successful brand manager is expected -

• To be responsible for the business units' P&L, sales and marketing activities.

• To guide & lead the team to support and execute brand sales activities - offline and online

• Responsible for the sales team performance to achieve sales targets

• To work with merchandising team to ensure merchandising excellence in-store

• To work with suppliers on forecasting, sales planning, promotional & marketing activities

• To plan, execute and manage a team to executive effective digital marketing campaigns and online advertisements to increase traffic and brand awareness through select social media & digital channels.

• Work with e-commerce department to ensure consistent brand messaging across social media & and online marketplaces (eg. Lazada, Shopee, etc)

• To provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Consumer Electronics, Distribution &/or Brand/Product Management

• Experience with digital media & e-commerce platforms is an advantage

• Self-motivated, with enthusiasm for internet and new technologies

• Desire to learn and grow

• Highly organized, meticulous with an ability to work independently in a team setting

• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects effectively and meet datelines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Passionate, result-oriented and positive

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proactive and a team builder
