Facilities Management Executive (FME)
1. Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of site buildings and facilities.
- Prompt response on emails, fault reports, approved Work Orders and follow up and closure of work-related reports.
- Ensure efficient management of fault report downtime and work to provide interim mitigation solution or resolve issue
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of critical systems (ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, lifts, etc.).
- Manage service contracts for cleaning, security, pest control, and landscaping.
- Coordinate repairs and upgrades to building infrastructure.
- Prepare for and attend to KPI meetings and/ or any other stakeholder meetings
- Track and report on sustainability KPIs (e.g., FSM reports, waste management).
2. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Engage, negotiate, and manage third-party service providers.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations.
3. Health, Safety, and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulations, fire codes, environmental standards, and workplace safety.
- Ensure zero safety related incident
- Ensure prompt renewal of licenses involving authority submission
- Track and report on sustainability KPIs (e.g., energy audits, waste management).
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for asset tracking and work order management.
4. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, service partners, or clients regarding facilities-related issues.
- Address and resolve complaints or service requests efficiently.
